Jo Hoon is a South Korean comedian. He graduated from Gyenam High School and enrolled in the Christian Education program at Hanshin University but is currently on a leave-of-absence. He made his debut in 2016 as part of the 16th open recruitment for comedians at SBS with roles in "People Looking for a Laugh" (웃음을 찾는 사람들). However, he faced some struggles as the show was cancelled less than a year later and he had very limited work opportunities for some time. He has popularized a character called Dr. Hong and, in 2023, he released a digital single called "Do You Know Dr. Hong?" (홍박사님을 아세요?).
